I’m a 28-year-old female who is a budding nutritionist. I recently completed my Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics and have certificates in Sports Nutrition and Diabetes Education. My hobbies include reading novels, painting, and cooking. I’m a vegetarian, a big foodie, and love trying new dishes.

When I was going through puberty, I developed hormonal issues that led to PCOS. I wasn’t making any progress with my health by going to doctors and taking pills. That’s when I decided to learn about nutrition and dietetics. I’m now on a journey of treating myself and helping others understand basic nutrition through my blogs.

I used to depend on blogs for nutrition tips and facts, but I found that some of them were difficult to understand for non-nutrition people or those with limited knowledge of nutrition. That’s why I want to bring a change through my blogs. I want to make sure that anyone can gain some knowledge about nutrition the right way and ENJOY reading it. My blog will contain articles, tips, and facts about nutrition and fitness. I might also share some recipes here and there. I hope you will enjoy my content and continue to read my blogs daily.
